Dear Whittier City Families:

We are very excited to launch Parent Square, a new parent communication tool. We appreciate your patience as we transition to ParentSquare after Sangha, our previous communication tool, experienced a catastrophic data crash over the summer.  ParentSquare will offer new features for you to receive information from your school, teacher, and District. It will also offer you ways to communicate with us. Some key features include:

• Mass Notifications and Urgent Alerts
• Mobile App 
• Attendance Notifications
• Teacher and Classroom Communication
• Direct Messaging and Chat 
• Parent/Teacher Conferences

You will receive an activation email or text message to set up your ParentSquare account.  Once you receive that email, please follow the directions to set up your account. This will allow you to communicate with us and see all that your teachers and schools post on your ParentSquare site.  Also, please be sure your school site has your current contact information. This will ensure that you receive all communications and notifications.
